with Kristin Mitchell Design:

I have worked with Kristin on hundreds of projects over the past 12 years. She is extremely creative and knowledgeable, and she’s willing to take my ideas or my artwork and combine her talents to produce a high quality finished product. I have always been impressed with Kristin’s professionalism and customer service skills. She is very much a team player, always keeping the budget in mind and maintaining a friendly disposition and can-do attitude. Kristin works hard to achieve exactly what I’m looking for in a finished product. She will serve any client well.

Kristin is a standout. She did an excellent job designing our logo, brochure and advertisements. She works with my limited vision and direction, somehow turning them into beautiful -- and effective -- promotional pieces. I know I can simply pick up the phone and let her know what I need and she’ll handle it promptly and at a reasonable rate. I've seen many other examples of Kristin’s work for other organizations, and I'm always impressed. Not only is she talented and professional, but she's a very nice person.

Kristin created all of the marketing and fundraising materials to represent the Mineral Point Opera House’s restoration efforts. Her dedication to our project from start to finish ensured that the job would be done with the utmost creativity, on time, on budget and with continued support for our changing needs as the project progressed.

Kristin integrated into our group to thoroughly understand the scope and needs of our project. She attended meetings, enthusiastically suggested ideas, collaborated with committee members, did research and created an aesthetic for this high-profile community project that was historically sensitive to the legacy already established, yet set a tone for a new era for the newly restored Opera House.

Kristin is incredibly talented in idea and concept creation, artistic in her execution and extremely professional in her interactions with clients. Plus, she’s highly connected in the printing industry so she’s able to suggest paper quality, those printers best suited for certain components of the projects, cost-savings ideas and alternatives when necessary.

We will continue to use Kristin’s talents in the future and highly recommend her services.

Kristin has a true gift of portraying a client’s personality in her work. She was great at combining my vision with her talent, and she spent all the time necessary to achieve outstanding results. I look forward to working with her on future projects and I would recommend her to anyone.

Kristin is always cheery and enthusiastic, efficient and creative. More than once, we’ve asked her to finish a project within an extremely tight timeframe but she’s never complained and has always gotten the job done. She looks at the project as a whole, making sure the graphics work well with the words and the images and designs are in the right place so that they enhance the overall message of the piece. She frequently has good suggestions for editing in addition to her excellent layout.

Our most recent collaboration was a fifty page book for the Iowa County Courthouse Sesquicentennial celebration. Since this was the most involved project I’ve attempted, we did meet in person a couple of times at the beginning to determine a production schedule, then kept in touch via email. The book was a rather difficult mix of text, 150 year old photographs, maps, modern photos, and thumbnail size "head shots.” Kristin did a great job of helping me pull it all together for a fresh, interesting, printed version of 150 years of county history.

In addition to her creative design skills, Kristin works with the printers and arranges for the actual production of the piece as well as delivery. She finds the best prices for the project without sacrificing quality. I’ve appreciated not having to take care of these final details.

Kristin makes the work I’ve done for the historical society fun and interesting and I’m always proud of what we turn out. She’s really great to work with and I don’t know what we would do without her.

Working with Kristin Mitchell Design has been a pleasure. When we discuss options for projects I always get her undivided attention, with impeccable results.

Kristin Mitchell design has helped INKWORKS out on more than one occasion. We recently had a project for a new client who wasn’t really sure what they needed. Kristin Mitchell worked with them directly and like magic was able to apply their thoughts and submitted a logo design that was perfect the first time.
